In its 2013 Culture and Change Management Survey, the Katzenbach Center at Booz & Company surveyed over 2,200 business leaders worldwide. Here are a few of the findings:
- 84% said culture is critical to business success
- 60% said it was more important than corporate strategy or operating model
- Nearly 50% of respondents said that their culture is not effectively mangaged and is undervalued
