Surviving the Innovation Fad: apply the research!

Theresa Amabile was interviewed for a short but pithy podcast by another great thinker we have followed for the last 25 years, Daniel Goleman. We really appreciate his work. He’s a steady researcher and writer in the area of Emotional Intelligence, a key enabler for innovation leadership.

 

It’s a time-worthy podcast, and highlights some of the key enablers Theresa used to build her KEYS Assessment, which we use to help leaders understand the current state of their innovation cultural supports, along with a 12 Strategies Assessment.
