The course will be a three-day face-to-face program (plus two pre-meeting webinars of no more than 1 hour). During the course, you and your fellow participants will conduct a real facilitation session and get directed coaching and feedback. You’ll learn from your successes and mistakes as well as those of others.

PRE-REQUISITE:
A two-day course in Creative Process or Creative Problem Solving by New & Improved (or affiliate) is a requirement for the course – a working knowledge of Creative Process/CPS is critical to getting value from the course.
DESCRIPTION:
A range of tools and techniques are provided, along with a process to use when running group meetings to make them more effective and efficient. At program’s end, you will master the creative process to such a degree that you can lead others through it successfully. As a result, your organization will gain full-time access to in-house creative problem solving facilitators and leaders. “Graduates” of this program have gone on to lead creative problem solving sessions that have resulted in millions of dollars in financial gain for their organizations.
