I Love it, Nathan! But it sure is a lot easier to articulate a "strategy" than it is to accurately assess a culture, find its strenghths and weaknesses with respect to ongoing innovaiive mindset, and then develop a strategy to improve it. Very doable, in our experience, but requiring a more subtle & robust set of skills. I't the "soft skills" side of innovation. It's gratifying to hear that people are seeing that dynamic (finally)!
