In our work at New & Improved, we see it as our responsibility to energize as many innovative brains as possible. We often have conversations with participants in our training programs about the "exercise of will." We work with this in attempting to do a better job of deferring judgment, finding yet one more idea, choosing to manage our mental stories etc. We came across a fascinating article this morning that has some interesting scientific things to say about "will" and neurology.
Bottom line: You have the power to exercise your will in even the worst of situations.
